Hi everyone! My name is Kartikeye (Tiki), and I'm the current president of Back on Track. Over the past couple of years, I've developed a passion for volunteering and community service that will last a lifetime. Outside of community service, I love Bollywood films, pursuing my academic interests through research, and bubble tea!

Miyaz Ansari

Co-Founder / Executive Director

What's up everybody? My name is Miyaz Ansari, and I am the Chief Executive Officer at Back on Track America. I started volunteering when I was just a little boy, and now I cannot go one week without it! Also, volunteering is more than just packing bags and waking up early in the morning to go to events; it's about putting a smile on others and making someone's day by giving food and items to those in need. Volunteering has changed my life for the better. A little about me is that I love to work out (I bench 225lbs), spend time with friends, and drink boba.

Yusuf Qureshi

Co-Founder / Chief Financial Officer

Hi! My name is Yusuf Qureshi and I'm the Chief Financial Officer here at Back on Track America. Back on Track has allowed me to foster my passion for community service as well as ignite that same eagerness in students across the nation. When I'm not volunteering you can find me studying, gaming, or playing sports for fun (far from a top tier athlete).

Sharlene Kho

Hi! I’m Sharlene Kho and I’m the Chief Data Officer of Back on Track America. I started volunteering with Back on Track in 2021 and have been going ever since! I’ve made so many great memories spending my Saturdays with this group; I’ve learned that volunteering is so much more than just work- it helps you meet new people and become ingrained in your community. In my free time, I love to hangout with my friends, listen to music, or learn my favorite songs on piano.

Luke Oldenburg

Hey! I'm Luke Oldenburg and I manage the day to day operations at Back on Track America. I've been volunteering with Back on Track since 2024 and I really enjoy getting the opportunity to volunteer alongside my friends and give back to my community. In my free time I'm probably either running or programming.

Andrew Fink

Chief Marketing Officer

Hey! My name is Andrew Fink and I am the Chief Marketing Officer. I have been volunteering with Back on Track America since 2022 and have loved every bit of it. There is nothing better than seeing my own actions put smiles on others’ faces. It is an honor to be a part of the Back on Track America national team and fight hunger on a level larger than myself. Outside of volunteering every Saturday, you can find me studying, spending time with friends, or playing/watching every type of sport.

Lucas Quintana

Chief Information Officer

Hello! My name is Lucas Quintana, and I am Chief Information Officer. Growing up, I have seen my community struggle with food insecurity and homelessness. Eager to help since a young age, I sought out ways to make an impact. When given the opportunity to provide support, such as volunteering, I jumped at the idea. This ignited a growing desire to help that led me to want to make a bigger impact, a national one. I decided to join the Back on Track national team to help fight food insecurity across the nation. As for when I’m not volunteering, I am usually either hanging out with friends, representing my school on the wrestling mats, or working out!
